Group 1 Support Surfaces - Pressure Reduction Systems
Pressure reduction mattresses/overlays are surfaces that reduce interface
pressure below standard hospital mattress type surfaces (130-160 mm hg).
Pressure reduction surfaces have interface pressure between 30-100 mm hg on average.
These products include foam mattresses, gel overlays, air-pressure pads, water pads, etc..
National Wound Care provides a complete line of pressure reduction mattresses/overlays to
treat and prevent Stage I pressure ulcers.

NWC-400
National Wound Care is proud to introduce our new gel overlay. Thicker gel packets than our previous
overlay mean it allows more pressure reduction and will be less likely to 'bottom out'. In addition to
being thicker, our new NWC-400 is moisture resistant and can be rotated from top-to-bottom and side-to-side
to prolong the life of the product. |
